My professional journey began in Europe, moving between Latvia, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. These years shaped my understanding of international standards and diverse corporate cultures. In 2018, I relocated to China, seeking to immerse myself in the world's most dynamic manufacturing and technology hub here in Shenzhen.
Since 2011, I have been active in the security industry, representing global brands and handling complex regional sourcing. In 2019, I established In Asia Solutions to help Chinese founders bridge the gap between local success and international expectations, building on the established infrastructure of AJ Technology (Shenzhen) Inc.
I bring a blend of academic rigor—an MBA and years as a business teacher—and real-world grit. I don’t believe in black-box consulting packages or corporate flattery. I explain how markets actually function in the real world, prioritizing the hard truths that founders need to build resilient, global-standard companies.
